Take control over your career – confidential coaching
BSW Training Hub are offering an exciting opportunity for GPs at any stage of their career to receive free one-to-one mentoring sessions. Contact jo.sinclair1@nhs.net for information on how to access these.
All healthcare professionals within Primary Care can also receive free one-to-one coaching sessions from an experienced accredited coach. These coaches are GPs or allied health professionals who all work within Primary Care and offer sessions to nurses, paramedics, physios, practice managers, administrators and many more.
The overarching aim is to retain the incredible staff working within our primary care settings. Mentoring and coaching can be invaluable for busy professionals. Email jo.sinclair1@nhs.net for more information

Coaching offers
from South West Leadership Academy
Coaching Register – The South West Leadership Academy Coaching Register is available for colleagues who would like to have a number of coaching sessions with an experienced coach. Coaching is an opportunity for you to have a series of purposeful conversations that can help unlock your potential, discuss areas that would you like to address in a solution-focused and collaborative way.
Coaching Skills – Coaching skills will help you, as a leader, identify and understand some of the principles and processes of successful coaching, and recognise how these can support your team and organisation. It is one of the 22 leadership learning modules that is available on the Leadership Learning Zone that is free for NHS staff to access.
South West Leadership Academy also have a number of workshops to help with Supporting You Through Winter that you may find useful.
