This text can be added to your website and linked to annual review invitations:

We invite all of our patients with asthma to an annual review. The aim of the review is to help you manage your asthma in the best way for you. Attending your annual asthma review can reduce your risk of an asthma attack.

At your appointment you may be offered an upgrade to your inhaler. If you are feeling well, and have not had symptoms for some time, the doctor or nurse may be able to reduce the dose of your treatment.

If your appointment is face-to-face, please bring your inhaler(s) with you.

At the end of your appointment, you will receive a written asthma plan to help manage your asthma.
