This engaging refresher session is designed for Practice Nurses and Allied Health Professionals looking to enhance their skills in skin assessment and the recognition and management of common dermatological conditions.
Aims
This training session aims to equip participants with the skills to take a focused dermatological history, assess the morphology, configuration, and distribution of skin lesions, and develop an understanding of common dermatological conditions and their management.
The session will also enable participants to recognise red flag signs and symptoms that may indicate more serious skin conditions requiring specialist referral.
