Advanced Leadership in Primary Care

This dynamic session has been specifically developed for experienced leaders/managers working in general practice.

Aims

To enable leaders to develop their existing skills in key areas such as confidence, energy, communication, and teamwork. By aligning such skills, leaders will be able to enhance organisational and individual effectiveness strategically and passionately, whilst also being able to recognise and manage challenging situations within the organisation.
