SUMMARY:Finance Bite Size: Maximising the End of Year Performance. Taking stock whilst there is still time to act!
DESCRIPTION:This training is ideal for all Practice Managers\, PCN Managers and anyone working in finance within GP practices and PCNs. This session is led by Matt Perkins\, a PM Supporter and Business Manager who currently runs a single practice / PCN across 4 sites with a patient population of 33\,500. Matt will share his thoughts and practical tips on how to run Practice finances as tightly and efficiently as possible. Harriet Hole from Ash Lane will be joining Matt bringing expertise on maximising profit from drug reimbursement. \nAims\nBy the end of this two-hour live interactive webinar\, attendees will have an opportunity to reflect on the health of their Practice’s finances. Harriet from Ash Lane will share the six rules they have developed to identify and address the most common causes of declining PPA drug profitability. Drawing on their work with hundreds of practices\, she’ll walk through how to calculate your practice’s drug profitability and the practical steps you can take to improve it.
