DESCRIPTION:This training is ideal for all Practice Managers\, PCN Managers and anyone working in finance within GP practices and PCNs. The session is led by Matt Perkins\, a PM Supporter and Business Manager who currently runs a single practice / PCN across 4 sites with a patient population of 33\,500. Matt will discuss how to monitor and control Practice and PCN finance and encourage delegates to share their challenges and opportunities. \nAims\nBy the end of this two-hour live interactive webinar\, attendees will have a clear understanding of what has changed with regards to the GP Contract for 2026/27 \,and any associated commissioned services and alternative revenue streams.
