DESCRIPTION:This training is ideal for all Practice Managers\, PCN Managers and anyone working in finance within GP practices and PCNs. The session is led by Matt Perkins\, a PM Supporter and Business Manager who currently runs a single practice / PCN across 4 sites with a patient population of 33\,500.
